Thank you for the time you so generously give to help the Homeless and Vulnerable in our community.
A couple of dates for your diary:
Postling Open Garden for the Rainbow Centre 29th June
Nikki Clark, one of our Volunteer Ambassadors and her neighbour, are opening their fantastic gardens on the 29th June to raise funds for the Rainbow Centre.
Entrance to the gardens is free, Nikki will be selling refreshments and plants on the day, card and cash payments will be accepted.
If you are able to donate cakes for the sale they would be very much appreciated, please drop them off at the Rainbow Centre before 4pm on Friday 27th or with Nikki on the day.
The Community Wellness Event 2nd July
We will be at the Community Wellness Event at the Leas Cliff Hall on Wednesday 2nd July.
If you able to attend, please pop in to see what local agencies can offer and have a chat with us on the Rainbow Centre table.
Rainbow Shop Volunteers
Our Rainbow Shop on Cheriton Road, raises much needed funds which contributes to the viability of the Rainbow Centre.
We are in need of additional volunteers to help in our shop.
Would you like to try volunteering in the shop and have up to 4 hours to spare?
You can have a one off taster session to see if it suits you.
Currently we have volunteer vacancies at the following times:
Tues: 9am – 1pm
Weds: 9am – 1pm
Thurs: 9am – 1pm & 1pm – 4.30pm
Sat: 9am – 1pm.
Availability on times and days would be considered.
